Dim Sum with chicken, buns with coconut, pickles and Hoisin sauce
Mix coconut milk with flour, baking powder and salt until a homogeneous dough is obtained which is divided into 7-8 pieces. Place in a paper cupcake in a steamer. Place the steamer on a pot with it boiled and leave it over medium heat until they are completely cooked. Mix the chicken with the mushrooms, the hoisin sauce and the juice of 1 lime.
